How do I know what tier to book?

Design tiers are based on the complexity of your nail art.
Tier 1: Solid colors, French tips, chrome, cat eye, or other simple designs.
Tier 2: Multiple designs, charms, hand-painted art, moderate bling, or medium-detail nail art.
Tier 3: Detailed hand-painted art, 3D designs, heavy bling, character art, or highly intricate sets.

When should I book for a fill?

Fills are only available for sets originally done by me and must be booked within 2–3 weeks of your previous appointment.Book a fill if:Your current set was done by me.It has been 2–3 weeks since your last appointment.Your nails are still in good condition with no major lifting or missing nails.
Please book a full set instead if:It has been more than 3 weeks since your last appointment.Your current set was done by another nail tech.Most of your nails are missing or have significant lifting.I DO NOT PROVIDE GEL-X FILLS. You have to book a soak-off if you still have your previous set on.

When should I book for a soak-off?

Book a soak-off if you have product on your nails that needs to be removed before your service.Book a soak-off if:You have acrylic, Gel-X, BIAB, hard gel, or gel polish that needs to be removed.Your current set was done by another nail tech.You want your current set completely removed before getting a new one.You do NOT need to book a soak-off if:You're booking a fill on a set done by me. (Does not include gel-x)Your nails are completely bare with no product on them.I DO NOT PROVIDE FILLS GOR GEL-X. THEY REQUIRE A SOAK-OFF + FULL SET EVERYTIME.MMA soak-offIf your current set was done at a walk-in nail salon or another salon that may use MMA-based products, please book an MMA Soak-Off.MMA enhancements typically take significantly longer to remove than standard acrylics. Booking this service allows me to schedule enough time for a safe removal without affecting the rest of the day's appointments.

How do I know what length to book?

Accepted Answer

Book based on the length you'd like to leave with, not the length of your current nails. Unless, you are getting BIAB, Hard Gel, or Regular Gel Polish.

Short: 0–2 magnets
Medium: 3–4 magnets
Long: 5–6 magnets
XL: Anything longer than 6 magnets.

Why does it say "No availability for the next 6 months"

Accepted Answer

If you're seeing "No availability for the next 6 months," it usually means you're trying to book two or more services in the same appointment (for example, nails + toes or nails + a soak-off).
These appointments require manual approval so I can make sure there's enough time in my schedule.

Question 6

When will I receive appointment address?

Accepted Answer

Because I operate from a home-based studio, the exact address is sent in your appointment confirmation email 24 hours before your appointment.

The email will include:
The full appointment address
Parking instructions
Exactly where to park in the Permit Parking area
Any additional arrival instructions
Please be sure to check your email (including your spam/junk folder) the night before your appointment. If you haven't received it by the evening before your appointment, feel free to reach out.

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

I accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

Email Invoice: You may receive an invoice that can be paid online before your appointment.
Zelle: Payments can be sent directly through Zelle prior to your appointment (571)406-8117 to Esmeralda Argueta.
Tap to Pay: Card payments are accepted in person using Tap to Pay at the end of your service.

Important: All payments must be completed before or at the time of your appointment unless 
otherwise stated.

How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly through the confirmation email you receive after booking.
The email will include a link that allows you to manage your appointment at any time before the cancellation/rescheduling cutoff period.

Question 9

Why did I get a confirmation email when I didn’t book?

Accepted Answer

This happens if you joined the waitlist. Once you join, the time you requested will be automatically booked if that spot opens up. Keep a close eye on your email, because you’ll be charged the no-show fee, late fee, and other booking policies if you do not show up. If that date/time no longer works with you, you can reschedule/cancel through your email.

Why can’t I see any availability?

My website shows my real-time schedule, so if there’s nothing available, it just means I’m fully booked for that day. You can keep checking back or join the waitlist for open slots!
